NUMBER 10!!!!

For those who care I have officially made it to workout #10!!! It took longer than it should have and I had to stop and get my courage back up for a week before I finished that last one. Do I see any results? I don't know, but I'll tell you I started bawling during the cooldown.

Why?

  1. It was HARD!
  2. It IS hard!
  3. It's going to be hard for a while.
  4. I can't believe I let myself slide for so long.
  5. I realize I can do it.
  6. I'm not alone (A BIG thank you to Cynthia and also to all my sisters who inspire me by working out and giving me words of encouragement).
  7. I'm sure I was releasing evil chemicals I've stored up in my fat, which is continuing to burn off as I type.
  8. I was thinking of my kids as babies ... and what does that have to do with working out? mMm ... shrugging my shoulders.
  9. Some things in life are so doggone hard, not just working out.
And the final reason for my bawling, and also in honor of the 10th workout ... drumroll please ...

10. I'm a WOMAN and I CAN!!!

All-in-all, I feel much better now. I will continue working out and even if it's very slow I know I'll also continue to receive encouragement from those who love me. And hopefully eventually I will look and feel better and better.

THANK YOU!!!

That's AWESOME!! Especially that you are doing it all alone. I also have a hard time making myself do it, but I'm always glad I did.

As far as the crying goes, sometimes it's nice to cry and cry, just for the sake of crying. Sometimes I like to watch movies that I know will make me cry, and that's the reason why I watch them.

Hooray! I'm so happy you made it to workout #10. :) That is a big accomplishment...and yes, it WILL get easier. I think it's great that you are working so hard at it, even when you are frustrated. I can't wait until you start posting your exciting results!

Congratulations on achieving a difficult milestone. I know that you already know it get easier the more you do it. I'm glad to see so many of my sisters striving to be healthy.
