Why?
- It was HARD!
- It IS hard!
- It's going to be hard for a while.
- I can't believe I let myself slide for so long.
- I realize I can do it.
- I'm not alone (A BIG thank you to Cynthia and also to all my sisters who inspire me by working out and giving me words of encouragement).
- I'm sure I was releasing evil chemicals I've stored up in my fat, which is continuing to burn off as I type.
- I was thinking of my kids as babies ... and what does that have to do with working out? mMm ... shrugging my shoulders.
- Some things in life are so doggone hard, not just working out.
10. I'm a WOMAN and I CAN!!!
All-in-all, I feel much better now. I will continue working out and even if it's very slow I know I'll also continue to receive encouragement from those who love me. And hopefully eventually I will look and feel better and better.THANK YOU!!!

That's AWESOME!! Especially that you are doing it all alone. I also have a hard time making myself do it, but I'm always glad I did.
As far as the crying goes, sometimes it's nice to cry and cry, just for the sake of crying. Sometimes I like to watch movies that I know will make me cry, and that's the reason why I watch them.
Hooray! I'm so happy you made it to workout #10. :) That is a big accomplishment...and yes, it WILL get easier. I think it's great that you are working so hard at it, even when you are frustrated. I can't wait until you start posting your exciting results!
Congratulations on achieving a difficult milestone. I know that you already know it get easier the more you do it. I'm glad to see so many of my sisters striving to be healthy.
